Behind the Scenes: The Making of a Pecan Inspire Scholar

We are proud to present a special documentary that takes you inside the selection process of the Pecan Inspire Scholarship Programme (PISP)—our flagship Corporate Social Responsibility initiative dedicated to empowering Ghana’s brightest students through access to tertiary education.

Since its launch in 2020, PISP has awarded full scholarships to over 160 students across Ghana, prioritising STEM and related fields. But behind each scholarship is a thorough, compassionate process designed to find students with not just academic potential, but resilience, integrity, and a desire to make a difference.

This short film captures part of that journey—from application to interviews, home visits to final selection—highlighting the values that drive PISP and the life-changing impact it continues to have.
