Unlocking Prosperity: Planting today for a sustainable tomorrow
World Climate Day has been a significant event for the Pecan Energies team. It’s been a day filled with meaningful activity, highlighting our commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact.
As part of our celebrations, we showcased our staff-led initiative, “Unlocking Prosperity: Planting today for a sustainable tomorrow”. This initiative was inspired by the leadership of our Group CEO, Eiliv Gjesdal, and Kadijah Amoah, CEO of Pecan Energies Ghana Limited (PEGL), who have fostered a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility within our organization.

Our team members have come together to take action against climate change by reducing their carbon footprint. From planting trees and seedlings to reducing energy consumption, our team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. This initiative is a testament to the power of collective action and our commitment to sustainability.
As we celebrate World Climate Day, we’re reminded of the importance of our role in addressing climate change. We’re committed to continuing our efforts to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainable growth in the communities we serve.
At Pecan Energies, we believe that everyone has a role to play in addressing climate change. We’re proud to be part of a global movement towards a more sustainable future, and we look forward to continuing our journey towards a cleaner, greener tomorrow.
